Order Cancellation
At The Foreign Box, we understand that sometimes you may need to change your mind. We have designed our cancellation policy to be as flexible as possible for you.
1. How to Cancel Your Order
If you wish to cancel an order, you must do so before the item has been dispatched for shipping. To cancel your order, please follow these steps:
- Log in to your account and go to the "My Orders" section.
- Find the order you wish to cancel and check its status.
- If the order status is "Processing" or "Pending," you may have the option to cancel it directly from the page.
- If you cannot cancel it online, please contact our customer support team immediately at support@theforeignbox.com with your order number.
2. Cancellation Timeframe
You can cancel your order for a full refund at any time **before the order has been shipped**. Once the item is dispatched from our warehouse, it can no longer be canceled.
If you wish to cancel after the item has been shipped, you will need to follow our Return & Refund Policy once you receive the item.
3. Refund for Canceled Orders
If your cancellation request is made before the item is shipped, we will process a full refund to your original method of payment.
The refund will typically be processed within 3-5 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your bank or credit card statement, depending on your financial institution.
4. Orders That Cannot Be Canceled
Unfortunately, we cannot cancel orders once they have been shipped. Additionally, some custom-made or special-order items may not be eligible for cancellation once production has begun. Please check the product description for any special cancellation conditions.
5. Cancellation by The Foreign Box
The Foreign Box reserves the right to cancel any order for reasons including, but not limited to:
- The item being out of stock.
- Inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information.
- Problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department.
If we cancel your order, we will notify you promptly and issue a full refund to your original payment method.
