1. Conditions for Returns

  • The item was purchased within the last 7 days.
  • The item is in its original packaging, unused, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • The item has the original receipt or proof of purchase.
  • The item is not on our list of non-returnable goods.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To start the return process, please follow these steps:

  2. Please provide your order number, the name of the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  3. Our support team will guide you through the next steps, which may include providing a return shipping address.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items are exempt from being returned. These include:

  • Perishable goods such as food, flowers, or magazines.
  • Intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
  • Gift cards.
  • Downloadable software products.
  • Some health and personal care items.

4. Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

6. Shipping Costs for Returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If the return is due to our error (e.g., you received a wrong or defective item), we will cover the return shipping costs.

7. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@theforeignbox.com and we will provide instructions.
